The Hair Market agrees to:

  1. Do everything possible to deliver the products by the fastest method to meet our customer's requirements
  2. Give overnight credit to those who have paid on time in the past and have not suffered any legal judgements against them
  3. Always handle your enquiries and queries promptly and efficiently
  4. Send every salon owner (or designated buyer) a Hair Market Purchase Authority Card which enables the holder to purchase all salon products and accessories stocked by The Hair Market


The Customer agrees not to breach the following conditions:

  1. Not cancel orders once they have been placed
  2. Always pay on receipt of goods in one of the following ways:
    • Handing the money (cash, cheque, bank cheque, EFTPOS or VISA) to a representative of The Hair Market when you (or your designated buyer) collects it from our Warehouse
    • Sending a cheque by return mail (that is no later than the day following the delivery of the product)
    • Depositing the payment direct into our bank account (that is no later than the day following the delivery of the product)
  3. Return The Hair Market Purchase Authority Card to us should you close your salon, change the name or significantly change the ownership structure of your salon
  4. Notify The Hair Market immediately of any damaged stock
  5. To be registered with your local council as a registered compliant salon


Please note:

All goods remain the property of The Hair Market until full payment has been received. If payment is not received within the above stated time period, outstanding bills may be passed on to a Debt Collection Agency for collection on our behalf at the expense of the defaulting customer.
